As a proven Salesforce Global Strategic Partner, the client specializes in building digital solutions. With a growing number of records, inefficient data processing and inaccurate data, the client needed to transform the limited functionality of its customer management legacy system into an effective solution based on Salesforce.com

Solution

As the client has two different organizations, CoreValue’s team established a Salesforce to Salesforce connection. To effectively manage all financial data including business travel and expense, CoreValue also implemented a cloud-based java application that enabled a data flow between FinancialForce and Concur. The following pages were created to facilitate these implementations:
