Large Healthcare Provider

CoreValue created a Customer Community Portal website on the Salesforce platform. This portal was created with custom APEX code development (server side) and HTML, CSS, Javascript development on the front end, complete with integration points and an Active Directory Federation Service. The website consists of around 20 different pages with survey, complex html and Javascript UI elements and files upload. The development includes the integration of the Salesforce with SharePoint (for storage of the legal documents and attachments), Docusign (for entitlements assignment) and Bluefin (for dues payments).

The applicant system provides order services from the list of available services; track scores of the applicants measuring academic progress; gathers statistics for further analyses leveraging a set of extensive reports and dashboards. In addition, Corevalue developed functionality enabling Salesforce users to easily view and edit the assignment of both standard and custom packages to Accounts, implemented scoring logic (Raw Score, Smart Score) that can be adjusted by the region and viewed on a flexible Scoring Matrix Page.
