The client required an internal communication application to capture and maintain company contacts and information, as well as build a complete, reference-enabled directory to assist in conducting business.

Solution

CoreValue implemented an IOS application built on Salesforce. The team developed a connector for various social media which allowed for the retrieval of individual or company information in a unified manner. The system also stored global and business-unit data generated by the client’s employees in addition to the individual/company data retrieved from social media.
